If you use breathing techniques having their roots in Eastern meditation and yoga practices you will find your own rhythm, you will be closer to nature and you will get your body and spirit into alignment. If you do these simple activities in synchrony and with awareness, paying attention to your posture and to the way you breathe, you will get more energy, better cognitive functions and a more relaxed mind.
